SEC Form 24F-2NT is a filing that is required to be submitted in case an investment company such as a mutual fund exceeds the share sales initially stated in the shares’ registration filing. The data gathered in the SEC Form 24F-2NT must include the value of the excess shares to be registered as well as their date of retroactive registration.
