SEC FORM ATS
SEC Form ATS is a filing that is used in three ways: an initial operation report, as an amendment to the initial operation report, and a cessation of operations report for alternative trading systems under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form ATS must be submitted 20 days before the initial operation or the change of materials for an alternative trading system.
