SEC FORM BDW
SEC Form BDW is a form to be accomplished by all securities broker-dealers who wish to terminate their status as a registered broker under the Securities and Exchange Commission. There are two kinds of withdrawal that may be filed by a securities broker-dealer: full withdrawal and partial withdrawal. The partial withdrawal means that a broker’s registration is terminated within certain jurisdictions and self-regulatory organizations but this ultimately does not terminate the registration with SEC and at least one jurisdiction and SRO.
