SEC FORM DEFR14A
SEC Form DEFR14A is a form whose purpose is for the revision of definitive information that was previously filed in Form DEFA14A under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form DEFR14A reforms the additional definitive data in connection with a proxy solicitation filed through the latter form.
