SEC FORM F-3
SEC Form F-3 is also referred to as the Registration Statement. This means that SEC Form F-3 is a filing that is required for the registration of specific securities by foreign issuers under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form F-3 is specifically made for select foreign private issuers that are in possession of a global market capitalization that is more than $75 million and that have already reported with the 1934 Act for no less than 1 year. SEC Form F-3 may also be utilized by eligible foreign private issuers for the registration of offerings of non-convertible investment-grade securities.
