SEC FORM N-17D-1
SEC Form N-17D-1 is a filing is a submission that is required for small business investment company (SBIC) and by a bank affiliated with the SBIC under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The SBIC must be licensed under the Small Business Investment Act of 1950. SEC Form N-17D-1 is filed semi-annually within 30 days following the end of the six month period where any one of the following events must be duly reported: concern regarding an investment in a small business, disposition, modification, default, or extension of any investment in the SBIC.
