SEC FORM N-14AE
SEC Form N-14AE is a form related to SEC Form N-14 under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The purpose of SEC Form N-14AE is for the registration of securities issued by investment companies related to business combinations and mergers in accordance to Rule 145 of the Securities Act of 1933. SEC Form N-14AE is also an initial registration statement for the registration of securities that have automatic effectiveness to be submitted by investment companies in accordance with Rule 488.
