SEC Form N-18f-1 is also referred to as the Notification of Election Pursuant to Rule 18f-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940. This means that SEC Form N-18f-1 is a filing to be submitted by issuers that desire to make cash redemptions by funds that have the right to be able to redeem in-kind the securities under the Securities and Exchange Commission.
