SEC FORM N-8F
SEC Form N-8F is also referred to as the Application for Deregistration of certain Registered Investment Companies. This means SEC Form N-8F is a filing to be filed br a registered investment company who desires to be deregistered under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The requirements of filing SEC Form N-8F is must be one of the following: a merger or liquidation must have occurred to the funds, satisfy the qualifications of abandonment of registration, or have the investment company has turned into a business development company.
