SEC FORM N-PX
SEC Form N-PX is a filing accomplished by a registered management investment company under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form N-PX was made to report proxy voting record per twelve-month period that ends every June 30 of every year. SEC Form N-PX must be submitted no later than August 31 of every year. Information on SEC Form N-PX is available to the public.
