SEC FORM NSAR-AT
SEC Form NSAR-AT is a filing submitted semi-annually by registered investment management companies in compliance with the NSAR filing requirement under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form NSAR-AT is submitted in place of the standard filing made at the end of the first half of the fiscal year wherein the company is in transition because of the change in date of the fiscal year-end. The NSAR is exclusive to registered investment management companies which mandates them to disclose financial information like shares sale, turnover rates of portfolio that is typically attached with the semi-annual/annual shareholder reports of the company.
