SEC FORM R31

SEC Form R31 is also referred to as the Form for Reporting Covered Sales and Covered Round Turn Transactions Under Section 31 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This means that SEC Form R31 is a filing submitted by the national securities exchanges and national securities associations to report all sales and round turn transactions under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form R31’s purpose is for the determination of fees due to the SEC in the sale of regulated securities and futures. SEC Form R31 must be submitted within 10 days every end of the month and all due fees must paid at the very least, twice a year.
