SEC FORM S-20
SEC Form S-20 is also referred to as the Registration of Standardized Options Form. This means that SEC Form S-20 is a filing that is an accompaniment of a submitted prospectus for equity stock options under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form S-20 not only computes registration fees that are present for the issuing company, SEC Form S-20 also outlines the prospectus requirements for option securities.
