SEC FORM SB-2
SEC Form SB-2 is also referred to as as the Registration Statement for Securities to be Sold to the Public by Certain Small Business Issuers. This means that SEC Form SB-2 is a filing mandated to be submitted by small businesses whose revenues is less than $25 million under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form SB-2 is used for the registration of securities that is to be sold into cash. SEC Form SB-2 may be considered as a simplified version of SEC Form S-1.
