SEC FORM T-6
SEC Form T-6 is a filing whose purpose is for the determination of a foreign individual’s eligibility to act as an institutional trustee under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form T-6 includes the personal information on the proposed trustee, the jurisdiction of the company, the name and contact information of the agent for service, an authorities examination subjective to the applicant, and other affiliate data.
