SEC FORM T-4
SEC Form T-4 is a filing used as an application form for the exemption under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form T-4 exempts the applicant from specified sections under the Trust Indenture Act. The data gathered under SEC Form T-4 include the complete list of securities to be exempted, the sections of the act that the securities are to be exempt from, information regarding the trustee, and the details of the proposed securities to be exempted.
