SEC FORM T-3
SEC Form T-3 is an application form used for the qualification of an indenture under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form T-3 has two parts. The first part includes the applicant’s type of business, the state of residence while in the second part contains the explanation as to why the applicant wouldn’t need to register the indenture.
