SEC FORM U-12-1B
SEC Form U-12-1B is a filing mandated to be accomplished annually as a statement of the actions undertaken by employees of the registered companies under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form U-12-1B include the list of employees of the company and along with SEC Form U-12-IA, are forms mandated by Section 12 (1) of the Public Utility Holding Company Act (PUHCA) of 1935. SEC Form U-12-1B is now obsolete along with SEC Form U-12-IA when in 2006, PUHCA repealed.
