SEC FORM U-57
SEC Form U-57 is a notification used as a status of a foreign utility company under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under the SEC Form U-57 include the company’s basic information like their name, address, a detailing of the company’s facilities, and the identities of any entity that holds 5% or more of any of the company’s class of voting securities along with the names of any associated domestic company.
