SEC FORM U-6B-2
SEC Form U-6B-2 is a filing to be accomplished by every public utility holding company as a certificate of notification for when said companies are issuing or guaranteeing securities under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form U-6B-2 are detailings on issued securities like its quantity, price, date of issuance, interest rate, and date of maturity which are exempted from Rule 6(a) of the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935.
