SEC FORM U-5S
SEC Form U-5S is a filing accomplished annually by all registered holding company under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form U-5S include details on the parent holding company and all statutory subsidiaries, the quantity of shares owned that are common in both companies, shares’ book value, percentage of voting power, and a summary of acquisitions, sales, contributions, contracts, officers, directors, and financial statements. These information were used by the SEC to monitor holdings, operations, and financing of the registered public utility system.
