SECTION 1031
Section 1031 is a section that enables investors to delay the gains taxes for all types of similar properties for investment and business reasons under the US Internal Revenue Service Code. This means that there is the charge tax id delayed for capital gains in the case of property sale because of the revenue being utilized to buy a new property until the property is sold without reinvestment.
