SECURITIES SUBSIDIARY
Securities Subsidiary is company controlled company. It means that a company is managed or owned by a larger company that may be a bank or a financial holding company whose in the business with the underwriting of commercial paper and any other securities to be sold to market participants. Securities subsidiary may carry out full brokerage operations in select regions.
