SENIOR CONVERTIBLE NOTE
Senior Convertible Note is a debt security composed of an option. In the option the note is converted into a predefined amount of the shares of the issues. Being the this convertible note is classified as senior, it is prioritized over all other debts securities that the same organization has issued.
