SERIAL BOND
Serial Bond is a kind of bond issue. It is where a portion of the outstanding bond matures at regular intervals until all portions and thus the bonds have matured completely. Serial bonds are utilized for the finance of different kinds of projects that generate a regular, level or predictable income streams as the portions gradually mature over a period of years. Serial bonds may be also used to finance projects that have regular, debt payments namely residential developments and other projects.
