Servant Leadership is a leadership philosophy. It is where the interaction of an individual with his or her management and fellow employee leads for the achievement of authority rather than power. As an authority, the individual stimulates an environment of well-being and growth among his or her peers. Servant leadership is where the authority displays the characteristics of stewardship, empathy, and commitment for the personal growth of the people around him or her.
