SEVERABILITY
Severability is also referred to as ‘severability clause’ or a ‘savings clause’. It is a clause in a contract. It enables the independence of the terms of the contract from each other. This is in case the court finds a term of a contract unenforceable so that the whole contract will not be deemed unenforceable.
