SHADOW INVENTORY
Shadow Inventory is a phrase given to real estate properties. It is given to specific kinds of real estate properties. It may be a home in foreclosure, a home that has not yet been sold, and a home that is delayed in being sold to the market because the homeowner is waiting for prices to increase. Shadow inventory, more often than not, create uncertainty for owners as to when to sell and when the local market can expect a full recovery.
