SIGNATURE GUARANTEE
Signature guarantee is a form of authentication. Banks and other financial institution issue them as verification of the legitimacy of a signature and thus the signatory’s request. Signature guarantees are most often used in instances that involve the transfer of financial instruments where most guarantors are willing to accept any and all consequence in the event of fraudulent signature.
