SKITTISH MARKET
A skittish market is when the market is proliferated by skeptical investor demeanor. It is an investment ambiance where investors are quite doubtful or even fearful to the point that there is hesitance to buy or sell. This instance usually happens after a steep decline as investors are still having a hard time believing that the market will recover. Instead, investors stay away from the market for some time in fears of further decline.
