SMART MONEY
Smart money is invested or wagered cash. The reason it is called smart is because the investment or wager was made by someone that has one or more of the following traits: well-informed, ‘in-the-know’, and experienced. There is no concrete evidence, however, that smart money performs better than non-smart money.
