SPECIAL REVENUE FUND
Special revenue fund is a government account where the collected money is utilized for the carrying out of a specified project. The special revenue fund is good for the government as it gives extra accountability and transparency for taxpayers so that they may know that their tax gets to its intended purpose. For other expenses, the government uses operating and capital budgets.
