SPOT LOAN
Spot loan is a mortgage loan type used by the borrower to buy a condo or complex or, in other words, a single unit in a building. Spot loans are approved based on the lender. Sometimes the entirety of the building must be approved by the lender. Other times the approval of the single unit is sufficient with broader requirements filled by the building.
