STRATIFIED RANDOM SAMPLING
Sampling method which entails dividing the population into smaller groups called strata. Strata are created based on members’ shared characteristics. A random sample from every stratum is derived in a number tantamount to its size when compared to a population. The subsets are then collated to come up with a random sample.
