SUBLEASE
Real property rental agreement stating the tenant may choose to create a sublease if he can no longer meet the terms of their lease agreement, provided the landlord allows it. The sublessee is subject to the same rental terms the original lessee was subject to. This arrangement is both applicable for residential and commercial properties.
