SUPER PO
Companion tranche created as a Principal Only (PO) bond, giving only principal payments from the mortgages. This bond is designed to support planned amortization class (PAC) and targeted amortization class (TAC) mortgage obligations. These are rated at deep discounts at par or face value. Investors receive the entire face value via scheduled payments and prepayments.
