T DISTRIBUTION
Theoretical probability distribution similar to a normal distribution, which is used to evaluate probabilities based on partial data or small samples. T distribution is different from the normal distribution according to its degrees of freedom. The greater the degrees of freedom, the closer the distribution will mirror a standard normal distribution, with a mean of 0 and standard deviation of 1. Also called Student’s T Distribution.
