The other securities exchange having a lower listing criteria than those of the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE). Listing on this exchange is considered a step forward to be included on the TSE. The Taiwan Securities Association, the TSE Corporation, and the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation gave the initial funding of TWO.
