TARGET-DATE FUND
Mutual fund that automatically resets the pooled stocks, bonds, and cash equivalents in a portfolio based on selected time frame suitable for a certain investor. Similar to a life-cycle fund, its target date is structured to address certain future date including retirement. The returns are not assured since it depends on the market’s performance.
