TAX ANTICIPATION BILL - TAB
Special bills issued by the US Treasury Department to investors, with maturity with 23 to 273 days. Introduced in 1975, this can be used at face value by companies to settle their tax liabilities. The Treasury has been depending on the sale of cash management bills to generate money.
