TAX CHEAT
Individual or group who do not pay the right amount of tax levied on them based on the tax rules through avoidance, dishonesty, or fraud. Doing so may improperly use tax shelters or miscategorize earnings and expense presuming the government won’t find out the lost revenue due to the obligation’s size relative to all taxes collected.
