TAX-SHELTERED ANNUITY
Annuity designed for employees to contribute on their retirement plan. The contributions are made either through a salary-reduction agreement, by personally making payments, or giving contributions to the plan then the employer matches these contributions. Hence; the contributions and other benefits are not taxed until the employee takes out the money from the plan.
