TECHNICALLY WEAK MARKET
Market in which open interest increases but prices decline, or open interest drops but prices climbs. The trading volume is not correlating to price where escalating volume is accompanied with falling prices, or dropping volume is coexisting with increasing prices. Also called technically weak.
