TENANTS BY ENTIRETY - TBE
Method in certain states where married couples can hold the property title with rights of survivorship. The consent of both spouses is required if one of them seeks to modify his or her interest in the property. Also, if one spouse dies, the surviving spouse will automatically gain the full ownership.
