TRIANGULAR ARBITRAGE
Act of taking the currency and converting it to another currency, then converting it again to a third currency, and lastly, converting it back to original currency. Done within a short time period, this method is employed to capitalize on gains in one currency against another currency. The opportunity for riskless profit appears when exchange rates do not match. It rarely happens but triangular arbitrage lasts only for seconds.
