UNITIZED FUND
A Unitized Fund is a fund structure where investors are able to pool their assets and still retain their individual net asset values for each participant. It also allows investors to keep track of historical fund records where each investor is accounted for and has their very own unit, own class of shares, and own portfolio’s total assets.
