UCCI
Upstream Capital Costs Index (UCCI) is a proprietary metric index whose purpose is to track the composite cost of a specific portfolio of oil and natural gas producing projects that the CERA corporation owns and manages. The materials, facilities, equipment, and all the personnel of the skill levels are the factors analyzed within the specified portfolio. Fundamentally, the index represents the capital costs analysis forum for upstream (CCAF-U) of CERA’s products.
