URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1970
The Urban Development Act Of 1970, also referred to as the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1970, is a legislation that presented the Federal Experimental Housing Allowance Program and Community Development Corporation through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Urban Development Act Of 1970 was accomplished for the purpose of forming a national growth policy in the US. It also aims to support and stimulate growth and development that is reasonable in places that included states, counties, cities, towns, and metropolitan regions for a larger purpose of nurturing community and inner-city growth. It amends specified laws about urban and housing development.
