USUFRUCT

Usufruct is a legal right that allows a person or party that has been given a provisional right to use, acquire income, and benefit from a property that is not his/her/their own. A usufruct is typically deliberated for a specified length of time or until the death of the owner. The person or party given the temporary right is referred to as usufructuary and he/she/they may have the right to utilize the property, however, he/she/they may not damage, destroy, or get rid of the property.
