WAGE PRICE SPIRAL
Wage Price Spiral refers to a theory that explains the cause-and-effect relationship of rising wages and rising prices. It suggests that as wages are raised, the disposable income also increases. Furthermore, the demand for goods will also rise, causing the prices to also become higher. Higher prices would then cause a demand for higher wages, which could result to higher production costs and more upward pressure on prices.
